HR Professionals are constantly experiencing new challenges, but also see unprecedented opportunities to make strategic contributions for their businesses. Our programs, intensive seminars and lunch-and-learn sessions are geared at helping them leverage this period to become the preferred organisation for their consumers, employees, partners and businesses in the markets they serve. In this era of intense competition, HR Practitioners are always looking for ways to change the game altogether. And, as the market gets challenging, the need for innovation is ever increasing.

HR Majlis sessions are Invitation Only events. Of course, attendees at the HRM Summit 2022 are welcome.

As part of the inaugural HR Majlis, we bring you the CEO Roundtable. We ask the CEOs - "What do they expect from their employees?" - A key question that only their HR professionals need to constantly focus on. We have invited some of the Top CEOs from leading organisations for a frank, open and honest discussion on how they see the HR function, followed by a Q&A. Very soon the CEO Panel will be featured on this page
