What is HR Majlis?
We at Roshcomm, through HRM Summit and various other initiatives, are committed to bringing the best and the next practices to the Kingdom of Bahrain through events, conferences, training programs, seminars and regular meet-ups. We call it the HR Majlis. And we plan to make it free for all HR Practitioners.
Our monthly HR Majlis sessions will feature refreshing topics that will provide deep insights into our world of work. The HR Majlis will also explore and discuss how the rest of the world is addressing the same problems that we have; and more importantly, how can they be adapted to suit our work environment and other legal considerations.
If you are in HR, you need to be here. Remember, participating in the HR Majlis comes at no cost to you! As long as you are an HR Practitioner and NOT a vendor or a concultant

HR Majlis sessions are meant for today's HR Directors, CHROs, HR Managers, L & D Managers, Business Leaders and HR Professionals of the GCC and would help examine the strategic topics HR and Learning Professionals find most pressing. HR Professionals are constantly experiencing new challenges, but also see unprecedented opportunities to make strategic contributions for their businesses. Our programs, intensive seminars and lunch-and-learn sessions are geared at helping them leverage this period to become the preferred organisation for their consumers, employees, partners and businesses in the markets they serve.
